SHIPMENT
Yes. You can order in the shop to Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, France, Italy and Portugal. We have a separate website for Austria here. All other countries must be requested individually. Please don't forget to specify the item you want and the postal code of the delivery address.
Yes, we generally ship all pieces of furniture to Switzerland, except for marble and glass tables. Please write to us. Please don't forget to tell us the item you want and your zip code.
No. We ask for your understanding that as a pure online shop we cannot offer a pick-up option.
If you live in Switzerland (Swiss billing address) and you want your order to be sent to a German delivery address, please write to us in advance. We only refund German VAT if the invoice is correct. If you buy via shop, the invoice is incorrect and must be corrected before export. Here are the steps that are necessary for a refund: 1. You have an invoice with a Swiss billing address and a German delivery address that you have with you when you export. 2. When exporting, show the goods in the original packaging to German customs. He stamps the bill. 3. Send the stamped invoice back to us. 4. As soon as we receive the stamped invoice, we will transfer the money to you. If you paid by bank transfer, please don't forget to give us your bank details.
ORDER AND RETURNS
You can see the current status of your orders in your user account under "My orders". As soon as an order has been shipped, you will also receive an email notification from us. If you ordered as a guest, please go to the order tracking page and enter your email address and postal code.
Our pieces of furniture are not mass-produced, which is in stock. Your piece of furniture is only made after the order and that takes time. In return, you can enjoy long-lasting products.
If you want to change or cancel an order you have already placed, please contact our customer support directly: info@notoria.de
If, despite the care we take with our products, you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending us a message to info@notoria.de. Please pack the goods in such a way that they can survive the return shipment without damage. At best, if available, in the undamaged original shipping packaging. Stick the return label on the box so that the original shipping label is no longer visible (please remove the shipping label if necessary). Once packed, please bring the package to the nearest branch of the shipping service provider. If the item was delivered by a furniture carrier, the same will collect the goods from you. Our forwarding agent will arrange the pick-up date with you by telephone. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the pick-up date.
If an item has been delivered damaged, we ask you to send us a short description, a photo of the damaged item and the outer packaging to info@notoria.de as soon as possible. If you discover the damage in the presence of the courier/driver of the shipping company, please do not accept the goods and have the courier/driver write a damage report. If the item has been delivered with a parcel service, you will receive a damage report from us by email. If your item was delivered by a forwarding agent, the latter will collect the goods from you. The pick-up date will be arranged with you by telephone. After successful receipt in the warehouse, a new article will be sent to you as soon as possible.

FURNITURE
No problem! We can send you free samples by post so you can compare the colors at home. Simply send us an email with the colors you want and your postal address so that we can prepare the samples for you.
Basically yes. However, we only work with the RAL Classic palette. If the desired color is not in stock and we need to order it, an additional charge will apply. Please let us know the RAL number so we can check availability.
From a bed size of 120x200 cm, all beds have a center bar, so you can put in either a large slatted frame or two small slatted frames. The overall width of the slatted frame or the slatted frame should not be more than 2 cm shorter than the width of the lying surface. With some models you have the option of selecting the insertion depth/side panel height. With an insertion depth of 10 cm, we recommend an optimal slatted frame height of 6-7 cm so that the mattress sits firmly in the frame.
